We’re so delighted to have you join us. This course is designed to support you in your holistic health journey through the 5000 year old science of Ayurveda. Three is a big connection between what we eat and how do we feel afterwards and ayurveda teaches is how we can use food for fueling and healing our bodies.
In this course we decode ayurveda way to help ourself fule in the right way.
