Seasonal Cleanse

A seasonal cleanse in Ayurveda helps the body release built-up toxins that accumulate as the weather changes. Each season affects digestion and energy differently, so a gentle reset brings the body back into balance.

In this chapter we will talk about how to do seasonal cleanse at home.

The course blends with six live Zoom classes which will be recorded and shared too.

Each live class includes a mix of lecture, demonstrations live Q&A with Sugandha

Live Zoom Classes:  10th, 17th, 25th, 31st Jan 7th and 15th Feb.

Classes runs from 9:30 AM to 11 AM Eastern Standard Time, with a 10-minute bio break.

Miss a Live Session? Don’t worry—every session is recorded. While live participation is encouraged, you can still fully engage with the course material by watching the recordings.

My passion for Ayurveda and Yoga has been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up, I was deeply influenced by my father, who practiced these ancient sciences, and I naturally absorbed their wisdom through observation and learning.

So, I  am on this journey to help enrich people's lives through flavorful and healthy food with wisdom of Ayurveda.
