Embodying the Breath

A yoga workshop to befriend your breath — your ever-present companion.

In this class we joyfully embody the breathing body through movements,
asanas and settle down into its natural currents with pranayama.

We explore breath as a means to come home to the body.
Finding an intimate connection with our breath such that
being with the breath becomes an embrace to the body.

I am Ekta, a yoga teacher and practitioner with a decade of teaching experience.
I take classes in embodied movements, hatha and restorative yoga.
I also teach Pranayama and Yoga Philosophy.

My intention with my yoga classes is to bring our attention to what's happening
and become resilient towards and joyfully present to life.

What you’ll need:
✔ A yoga mat
✔ A pillow or bolster
✔ A long scarf or yoga strap
✔ A quiet space to breathe and move
