A Four-Part Live Online Workshop Series with Sugandha Singhal

You won't be asked to make your body fit the pose.
You’ll be invited to let the movement reveal your body to you.

Embodied Yoga is a way of practising yoga in which awareness leads the movement. Instead of trying to achieve a perfect posture or copy an external shape, you are guided to feel, sense, and listen to your body from within.

What to Expect

Move beyond the shape of the pose and into the experience of your body.

During this practice, you will explore:

  • Awaken your body — gentle, intuitive movements to reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence.

  • Move your spine in all directions — explore fluid bending, twisting, spiralling and undulating movements to support natural spinal mobility.

  • Awaken the fascial body — experience slow, multidirectional movement that encourages fluidity and ease through the body’s connective tissues.

  • Listen from within — shift from being told how to move to discovering how movement feels.

  • Release habitual patterns — notice where you hold tension, restriction or effort and explore new possibilities.

  • Connect breath with movement — allow breath to guide and deepen your awareness.
