Reconnect with your natural breath and discover a calmer, steadier source of energy within you.
As children, we breathed freely, with relaxed and open bellies. Over time, stress, responsibilities, and the pace of modern life can change this natural pattern. Our breathing may become shallow, fast, or concentrated in the upper chest without us even realizing it.
Embodied Pranayama is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover the breath through awareness rather than force.

Embodied Pranayama combines traditional breath awareness with a gentle, body-centered approach.
This is not about forcing the breath or immediately performing complicated techniques. You will first learn to observe how you breathe, notice patterns of restriction, and create space for the breath to become softer, fuller, and more natural.
Each practice is guided with attention to sensation, comfort, and the body’s responses.
