You’ll receive a shopping list and prep guide before each session. All ingredients are simple, seasonal, and easy to find. You’ll only need basic kitchen tools — a pot, a pan, and a blender or hand mixer (optional).
We’ll prepare healing Ayurvedic recipes designed to support digestion and balance your doshas — such as soups, stews, and nourishing everyday meals. Each class highlights different seasonal dishes and Ayurvedic techniques.
